If this is your first visit ever to a chiropractor it may be a bit intimidating. There is no need to be apprehensive our friendly office staff is here to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
If you haven’t already filled out the new patient paperwork and full medical history questionnaire you will be asked to do so at this time as well as provide us with your health insurance information.
You will then consult with Dr. Golojuh. This consultation is your opportunity to express your health concerns and expectations, and to ask any questions you may have pertaining to the matter. It is also for Dr. Golojuh to express his role in your health care and discuss your health prognosis. A physical exam will be performed which may include orthopedic testing, reflex assessments, muscle testing, and a specific chiropractic evaluation. In some cases x-rays may be necessary to determine an exact diagnosis. X-rays can usually be done at our office.
Dr. Jaison will then treat you and review the basics of a health care plan specific to your individual goals. At your next scheduled appointment Dr. Jaison will evaluate the specifics of your x-rays and plan the best course of action for your whole health care.
